Mercentive FAQ
What is Mercentive?
A distribution Method and a Platform being built for independent producers. The Method connects attributable product sales to an agreed commission. The initial Canadian programme begins with Noctio.
Can I use the Method without buying the Platform?
Yes. The Method is intended to be useful independently. Apply it with the tools and commercial relationships you choose.
Who can participate in the initial programme?
Initial participation is by invitation and agreement. Participants must be based in Canada and able to receive Interac e-Transfer into a Canadian bank account. Contact FrequenSee to discuss fit.
Can Canadian participants recommend Noctio to customers elsewhere?
Yes, within the markets supported by the product and programme agreement. Noctio’s intended first commerce markets are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland and Australia, subject to store availability. Participant payout eligibility remains Canadian initially.
How is commission determined?
The participant agreement sets the commission rate and calculation basis, which sales qualify, the attribution rules and the treatment of adjustments. These terms are agreed before promotional activity begins.
How will I be paid?
The initial Canadian programme uses Interac e-Transfer. Your agreement specifies the payment schedule, and commission reporting should explain the sales and adjustments behind the amount.
What activity earns commission?
Eligible product sales attributed to your recommendations under the agreement. Recruitment does not earn commission. Income depends on completed sales and is not guaranteed.
How are refunds and attribution questions handled?
The agreement defines how refunds and other adjustments affect commission and how attribution questions are resolved. Participants can raise discrepancies directly with FrequenSee.
What stage is the Platform at?
The Platform is in development, beginning with Noctio and the Canadian programme. Participation enquiries are handled directly; broader producer access and automated capabilities will be introduced as they are delivered.
Can I bring my own product?
Producer enquiries are welcome. Tell us about the product, its customers and its sales channel. The first implementation centres on Noctio; general product onboarding follows that work.
Where do I start?
Explore the Method and the producer or participation information, then contact FrequenSee Labs to discuss the relationship you have in mind.
